01CEO / Founder
A dual-sport athlete who competed at the highest levels of college football and baseball, Maurice holds a Master of Legal Studies from Vanderbilt Law School — a rare pairing of the field and the front office. As founder, he works directly with athletes to craft strategies that maximize performance, market value, and long-term legacy, drawing on firsthand insight from the field, the locker room, and the draft room.
02Cambrian began his career managing producer Tay Keith while studying advertising at Howard University, helping steer chart-topping records to global success. He went on to co-found the independent label Drumatized, and later launched Reflection — a management agency built to help creatives refine their values, sharpen their brand, and tell their story through a cohesive business strategy.

03A former SEC All-American running back, Jaylen brings a player's perspective to the agency's strategic work. His understanding of athlete development, career progression, and life after the game lets him bridge the gap between athlete experience and business strategy — keeping representation grounded in what players actually live.

04Arthur “Art” Horne III, Esq. brings more than two decades of legal experience across contract negotiation, litigation, business law, and athlete advocacy. A licensed Tennessee attorney since 2000 and a certified NBPA agent, he pairs courtroom precision with a working knowledge of the professional sports landscape.
